You might not think my title was appropriate after reading this post, but i don't care one bit... Because my life has been changed. By what? you might ask. A little appliance know as the Chi brand of flat-irons. Anyone girls who has one knows what I am talking about. Saturday Blake and I got our hair cut, afterwards I decided it was time to buy a new flat iron. (One side of my old one had been broken for about 2 months) I had owned my previous straightener since my senior year in high school all thanks to Morgan Smith, who introduced me to the world of straighteners. It was time to make an investment in a great tool, and the Chi was the one for me. Blake went into the store with me and was a tiny bit surprised at the price tag, apparently "its pretty expensive" means $50 to him. Anyway, we walked out of the store and I was elated and he was a little shocked. Blake was actually wonderful about the whole situation, as he is about everything. He is always calm and collected. He just couldn't understand why I would pay what I did for a tool for my hair. So, he thinks that it is funny to tell everyone about the expensive straightener I bought, and when he does the girl ALWAYS says, "Is it a Chi?" He is beginning to understand. Also, lets just say that I have had 3 of the best hair days in my life since I got the straightener! One condition of being able to buy it was that I promise to wear my hair curly atleast 2 days a week... I agreed! That is all I have to say about my new Chi.
